1. Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping across India and internationally.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, after successful payment confirmation.

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard Shipping: Free shipping across India.

• Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days for an additional charge of ₹100.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location and unforeseen courier delays.

4. International Shipping

• We offer international shipping at a flat rate of ₹2000 per order.

• Delivery time depends on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Courier Partner

Orders are shipped primarily through DTDC or other trusted courier partners when required.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email to the registered email address.

8. Lost Shipments

In the rare event that an order is lost during transit, we will offer a refund or replacement after verification with the courier partner.

9. Packaging

• All products are shipped in secure protective packaging.

• Gift packaging is available at an additional charge.

• To request gift packaging, please mention it in the order notes at checkout or contact us directly before dispatch.
